CCHS School Counseling Program
As a vital part of the total educational program, the mission of the Christopher Columbus High School school counseling program is to strongly advocate for the overall success of all students in the areas of academic, career and social/personal development. In collaboration with staff,
parents and the local community, the Christopher Columbus High School school counselor program will empower students with the necessary resources to be capable and compassionate learners while being valuable and contributing citizens in our diverse global world.
Christopher Columbus High School school counselors believe each student is a unique individual encompassing specific needs and talents. We understand the importance of positive growth through supporting the individual in the areas of academics, social/emotional issues and career/college planning. We believe the school counseling program is a crucial part in planning and implenting programs that help meet the needs of all our students.
